We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the production and completion of our Home Remodeling Projects. You must be a multi-tasker who has excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and can effectively manage a team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines. You will monitor each phase, ensuring the works done efficiently and that the final product meets our client’s expectations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5 years of prior experience in project management or construction management
• Previous experience in Home remodeling management or other home construction or installation fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to travel within territory
• Flexible schedule
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
