Job DescriptionJob Description

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the photo souvenir site, ensuring smooth performance, exceptional customer service, and strong sales results. This role involves managing a team of photographers and sales associates, maintaining equipment, meeting financial goals, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Supervise daily site operations, including photography, printing, and retail sales.
• Ensure all photo and POS equipment is properly maintained and operational.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and site regulations.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and schedule team members to meet operational needs.
• Lead, motivate, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Sales & Financial Performance

• Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective team management and guest engagement.
• Monitor daily sales reports and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Manage cash handling, daily banking, and financial reporting accurately.

Customer Experience

• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional service and high-quality souvenirs.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide regular updates on site performance, staffing, and maintenance needs to regional management.
• Collaborate with head office teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
