Heavy Equipment Sales and Marketing - Remote / Hybrid
Assigned Sales Territory: Toronto, Canada Area
Work Location: Hybrid (Work from Home); 50% Business Travel, primarily to Toronto Canada area
Employment Type: Full Time
Typical Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Pay Rate: $65,000 to $80,000 / year DOE
This is a Remote Hybrid position requiring travel 50% of the time. The position is open only to candidates who live in one of the following states, Texas, Tennesse, Oklahoma, Georgia or Washington.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute Canadian market-focused marketing strategies. You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and
cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canadian Market Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, website, Expo, events) tailored to Canadian audiences and business goals.
- Market Research: Analyze local trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize strategies.
- Content Adaptation: Adapt global marketing materials to better suit Canadian audiences and cultural context (e.g., English and French where applicable).
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or local platforms.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with local influencers, agencies, and media partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with Canadian marketing and privacy regulation, including CASL and PIPEDA.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction machinery or industrial equipment sector in North America
- Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce, Criteo, or similar platforms
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in the construction equipment or related industry
- The ideal candidate will be a US or have US work authorization
- MUST have a valid Passport
- Must be able to travel up to 50%, including to Canada and other locations as required
- Candidates for this position must live in one of the following states, Texas, Tennesee, Oklahoma, Georgia or Washington.
