We're Hiring Diesel Truck Mechanics! – Join Truckers Heaven in Mt. Juliet, TN

Are you a skilled diesel mechanic looking for a fresh start with a growing, mechanic-first business? Welcome to Truckers Heaven, where we treat our team with the same respect and care we show our customers.

We're a brand-new shop in Mt. Juliet built from the ground up to support mechanics with the right tools, a clean environment, and a no-drama culture. This is your chance to get in early and grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.)

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections

• Keep detailed and accurate service records

• Communicate clearly with service writers and customers when needed

• Help shape the shop’s systems and standards as one of our first hires!

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years experience as a diesel mechanic (or similar role)

• Familiarity with common diagnostic tools and equipment

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Understanding and compliance with specific instructions, guidelines, and safety policies

• Ability to move, lift 50+ pounds working in close quarters

• CDL or ASE certifications a plus, but not required
