Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, piping, and electrical connections.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, on time, and meet company and code standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe, working order.
• Complete required documentation.

Qualifications:

• EPA certification .
• Proven experience installing and servicing HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation a must,

Skills:

• Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC technologies.
• The ability to bend sheet metal transitions and ductwork.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Customer service and teamwork mindset.
