Daniel Owen are seeking an experienced Heating Engineer - Communal Systems to join a reputable building services company one of their North London contracts.



Heating Engineer - Communal Systems Responsibilities:



Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures (i.e. radiators, cylinders and 3 port valves)

Diagnosing faults and replacing central heating components in properties served by a communal system.

Conform to relevant technical standards and follow technical drawings and plans to carry out maintenance and improvement works effectively.

Complete necessary paperwork to a satisfactory standard.

Meet customer and contract expectations by carrying out works promptly to a high standard.Heating Engineer - Communal Systems Requirements:



NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating

HIU experience (ideal but not essential)

To be competent of draining down and re-filling of heating system/s to remove and replace defective/leaking radiators or associated isolation valves.

Able to safely isolate and perform repairs on wet heating systems and controls. Heating Engineer - Communal Systems Benefits:
