Head of Repairs and Maintenance needed in North London. The rate is £516.53 per day PAYEThis is a temporary role working part timeThe reference number is: RQ1300764The successful candidate will manage the overall responsibility for Responsive Repairs, Voids, Disrepair, Complex Repairs, Damp and Mould and Depot management along with transformation of the repairs service including all related budgetary expenditure.Due to high volumes of CVs received, we are not able to respond to all unsuccessful applications.
