Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Come to work each day with a productive, growth-oriented mindset.
• Perform tasks related to gutter installation, including measuring, cutting, and laying materials.
• Use a timecard system. (ADP)
• Work effectively with your colleagues.
• Assist with estimating by providing input on materials and labor costs.
• Complete finishing tasks.
• Read and interpret work orders/blueprints to ensure accurate work.
• Install gutters according to specifications and design plans.
• Assist with shop-related tasks, including the upkeep and maintenance of tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and common areas.

Qualifications: Any experience in gutter installation, construction estimating, or related fields is a plus.

• Understanding of measuring, essential industry hand tools, and levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be comfortable working from ladders and on roofing structures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
