This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting mix of projects such as commercial, retail, logics, and industrial.\n\n-Salary ranging from £32,000-£37,000 (depending on experience).\n\n-Hybrid working arrangement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n-Manage your workload to meet deadlines, monitor project costs, and understand the impact of design decisions on budgets.\n\n-Attend meetings, represent your discipline professionally, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.\n\n-Carry out site and condition surveys, respond to site queries, and prepare clear technical reports and documentation.\n\n-Produce and coordinate designs, calculations, schedules, and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards and CDM regulations.\n\n-Support sustainability in designs, assist with inspections and commissioning, and contribute to client satisfaction and future business opportunities.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n-A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).\n\n-Strong interest in sustainable design and low-carbon technologies.\n\n-Familiarity with industry design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, IES, Hevacomp) is desirable.\n\n-Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.\n\n-Eagerness to learn, grow, and work towards professional Chartership
