Graduate Electrical Design Engineer - (Building Services Design)\n\nExeter, Devon – Flexible Working\n\n£28k - £30k\n\nBenefits 25 days holiday, bank holidays, discretionary performance bonus, pension, medical cover, flexible working\n\nGraduate Electrical Design Engineer / Graduate Electrical Engineer / MEP / Building Services\n\nDue to ongoing expansion, this leading building services consultancy, has an opportunity for an electrical graduate to join their design team, working on a variety of prestigious building services projects.\n\nYou will be working alongside and assisting senior engineers in a friendly professional environment. You will assist senior engineers in all aspects of electrical design for buildings and will be assigned a mentor within your team who will work and liaise closely with you in your day-to-day work.\n\nYou will join an in-house training scheme to achieve chartership with a recognised engineering institution.\n\nElectrical Design Engineer Responsibilities\n\n * Undertaking duties as indicated by your team manager to help you obtain experience and training in electrical engineering\n\n * Preparation of detailed design calculations\n\n * Providing solutions to design problems\n\n * Supporting the administration of projects\n\n * Production of manual and CAD drawings\n\n * Preparation of sites surveys\n\n * Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams\n\n * Commitment to achieving professional qualification.\n\nExperience Required\n\n * A Degree in Electrical Engineering\n\n * Ability to work individually or as part of a team\n\n * Desire to develop a career in building serves design sector\n\n * Enthusiasm for ongoing learning\n\n * Be fully IT literate with knowledge relevant design software\n\n * Hold a full UK driving license
