Russell Tobin's client, a technology company, is hiring a Global Program Manager – Customer Experience & Visual Merchandising in Cupertino, CA.


Job Title: Global Program Manager – Customer Experience & Visual Merchandising

Location: Cupertino, CA Hybrid (Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Start Date: August 11, 2025 (or earlier)

Type: Full-time, 6-Month Contract (with possible extension)

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $82 to $85/hr.


About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a global strategy that elevates brand and delivers immersive, customer-first experiences across retail environments. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of visual merchandising, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination—responsible for crafting and operationalizing the future of retail spaces aligned with product and service launches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a forward-looking store experience roadmap using customer insights, store feedback, and market trends.
  • Lead merchandising strategies and execution plans for new product launches, campaigns, and store resets.
  • Define immersive in-store experience requirements, including signage, displays, digital content, and fixtures.
  • Design and iterate on global store layouts to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility while optimizing profitability.
  • Partner with regional and field teams to ensure effective local implementation of global strategies.
  • Improve operational processes and foster collaboration across teams including Marketing, Industrial Design, Product, Insights, and Store Ops.
  • Present strategy and progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in store resets, visits, and opening activities as needed.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within retail, brand, or customer experience environments.
  • A strong grasp of consumer behavior and how merchandising influences engagement and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work across all levels of an organization to build relationships and drive results.
  • Demonstrated success operating in large, matrixed environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and process optimization.
  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Keynote; merchandising background is a plus but not required.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Experience in global brand execution and cross-market merchandising.


Schedule:

  • Hybrid work model: Tuesday–Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote.
  • Standard 40-hour workweek.
