Responsibilities

The Operations Manager provides leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and engagement.

• You will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of all production related activity as well as solving problems with creative solutions.
• Builds foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and find ways to support a team to oversee several projects simultaneously.
• Schedules and conducts goal setting and review meetings; perform yearly performance review.
• Continuously learns about improving results and setting proper expectations of others.
• Oversees company policies and direct activities toward long-range goals for growth and profitability
• Partners with sales and marketing team to drive sales volume.
• Runs, reviews, and discusses job reports, WIP, sales performance and customer relations with Project Managers.
• Communicates with Chief Financial Officer/Controller concerning financial status of company.
• Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, and quality.
• Maintains adequate job-related equipment and materials.
• Oversees job cost and procedures.
• Sub-Contractor Development.
• Always ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Professionally represents the Drytech Restoration values.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Ensure annual divisional initiatives that align with company initiatives are completed.
• Ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to Drytech Restorations procedures and processes.
• Supervise, monitor, and communicate with management staff to stay updated on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and any customer issues.
• Create and complete annual business plan and goals
• Conduct Managers’ meetings.
• Develop annual company budget, including projected revenue, projected expenses, and desired profit margin
• Plan and determine staffing needs.
• Recruit, hire and assist with training and development of staff.
• Monitor and manage Marketing, Production, and Office Divisions to meet (or exceed) revenue, expense, and profit goals and objectives.
• Ensure clear two-way communication with managers, team members, and clients.
