Locations: Multiple openings across Gnadenhutten, Newcomerstown, Port Washington, Lore City, and Cambridge, OH
Job Type: Full-Time (Multiple shifts available)
Pay Range: $13.00 – $33.00+ per hour, depending on position, shift, and experience
Start Date: Immediate openings

We are hiring for multiple positions across industrial, manufacturing, and field operations. Whether you’re an experienced maintenance tech or looking for an entry-level production role, we have opportunities available.

⭐ Positions Available

You will be considered for openings such as:

Maintenance Technician (Skilled)

• $28–$33/hr

• Primarily 2nd shift (3 PM – 11:30 PM)

• Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting

• Preventative maintenance & equipment repair

Food Line Production / Packaging

• 1st shift: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd shift: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

• Packaging, sorting, cleaning equipment, and quality checks

• Refrigerated environment (38–42&degree;F)

Vinyl Tread Assembler

• $14/hr | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

• Hands-on assembly with glue application & curing weights

• Light manufacturing & detail-focused work

Oil & Gas Equipment Power Washer

• Day: 7 AM – 7 PM (4 on, 4 off)

• Night: 7 PM – 7 AM (4 on, 4 off)

• Outdoor work, pressure washing, equipment cleaning

• No experience needed — full training provided

Press Machine Operator

• $13/hr | 3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM)

• Machine operation, part inspection & recording counts

• Entry-level with full training

Production Associate

• 1st shift: $20/hr

• 3rd shift: $21/hr

• Palletizing, machine feeding, lifting, repetitive tasks

Depending on placement, you may:

• Operate production machinery

• Perform assembly or packaging tasks

• Complete maintenance or troubleshooting

• Clean equipment or production areas

• Work safely in fast-paced environments

• Follow instructions and meet production goals

• Ability to lift 30–60 lbs depending on position

• Reliable and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Team-oriented, safety-focused mindset

• Some roles require mechanical or electrical experience — others require none

• Must be comfortable working assigned shift
