We are seeking an General Construction Estimator/Sales Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects based on plans, specifications, and site visits.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for each project.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and sales efforts.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

​Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in construction estimating and sales.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong attention to detail.
