Job Description
Freelance Procurement Specialist – FF&E ✨
Circa £200 per day (DOE) | London | January Start
Join a creative, design-led studio bringing high-end interiors to life across luxury residential projects. If you’re passionate about managing the sourcing, purchasing, and installation stages of luxury projects with precision, this is for you!
What’s in it for you?
• Day Rate: Circa £200/day (depending on experience)
• Flexibility: Will consider candidates looking to work 4 or 5 days/week
• Projects: Beautiful, bespoke interiors in London’s luxury sector
• Contract: This is a freelance position expected to last 6-9 months
Your Role
• Manage end-to-end FF&E procurement
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and design teams to keep everything on time & on budget
• Oversee purchase orders, logistics, and installation coordination
• Create and maintain accurate FF&E, finishes & sanitaryware schedules
Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience in FF&E procurement for high-end interiors in the UK
• Knowledge of Estimac (essential); InDesign a plus
• Excellent supplier network & negotiation skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
