About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead, supervise, and oversee an interior construction crew of 4–6 people. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality work, efficient progress, and safe operations on a Section 8 housing project in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage a crew of 4–6 interior tradespeople.

• Oversee and coordinate daily work including:

  • Painting

  • Drywall installation and finishing

  • Cabinet installation

  • Trim work

  • Rough carpentry

  • Fixture installation

• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

• Enforce jobsite safety and compliance with project requirements.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and crew members.

• Track progress and provide regular updates on crew performance and project milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead in interior construction.

• Strong knowledge of painting, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and fixture installation.

• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Must be able to work on Section 8 housing projects.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) .
