Job DescriptionJob Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Foreman to lead field teams in executing quality commercial solar panel construction projects. This role oversees laborers, ensures safety and efficiency, and coordinates tasks to maintain productivity. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is a traveling position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support field personnel.
• Communicate project goals, safety plans, and quality standards.
• Review plans, process RFIs, and report cost impacts.
• Monitor schedules, identify delays, and ensure timely material deliveries.
• Track work progress, maintain daily reports, and update Procore.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure zero punch list items.
• Represent Green Source professionally and support training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Foreman or similar role in construction.
• Civil experience with knowledge in foundations, underground trenching, rebar installation, concrete and steel erection.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar project management tools.
