We are hiring an experienced Commercial Ford Truck SalesManager to lead our Commercial and Fleet Truck Department at Ourisman Tri-Sate Ford in Rising Sun Md. . In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing accounts through effective communication and relationship-building with clients, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Prospect businesses in person
• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Requirements

• 4 years proven sales management experience in light and medium duty Ford trucks.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
• Ability to manage, motivate and cultivate a sales team
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
• Prior Ford dealership or similar experience
• Experience with sales management CRMs are beneficial but not required.
