Position Details
Title: Fleet Mechanic
Location: Durham, CT
Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $100K–$1300K (including overtime and bonuses)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair a fleet of ~25 fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and service electrical systems, generators, and plumbing components (tubs, sinks, water pumps)
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Document maintenance activities and ensure all vehicles operate efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in RV, fleet, or automotive repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and generator systems
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and work independently
- Detail-oriented and committed to keeping vehicles in top condition
Compensation & Growth
- Base pay from $100k - $130k with overtime and bonuses
- Long-term opportunity with consistent workload
- Report directly to owner of company
