Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across fleet vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform essential services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Fleet Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to identify concerns and prepare precise repair estimates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, organized records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Fleet Performance: Manage ongoing maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle operation, minimize downtime, and extend service life.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in vehicle maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or Fleet Maintenance Technician
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and diagnostics
- Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
