Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose & Repair: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across fleet vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform essential services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Fleet Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to identify concerns and prepare precise repair estimates.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, organized records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Fleet Performance: Manage ongoing maintenance needs to ensure optimal vehicle operation, minimize downtime, and extend service life.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in vehicle maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, or Fleet Maintenance Technician
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and diagnostics
• Proficiency with diagnostic and repair tools
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
