Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager. You will oversee project estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. 10 years experience desired.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• "Take-off" and calculate change order pricing
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience in fire sprinkler construction or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
