Perform daily scheduled service and maintenance Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
· (mostly, schedule can vary based on specific customer need)
Sales Emphasis, develop your own route building off of the current work that will be provided to you. Increased commission incentives will be given on all new accounts!
CURRENT OR RECENTLY CERTIFIED INDIVIDUALS WILL TAKE PRECEDENT FOR THIS POSITION
- 2 years of experience in Fire Extinguisher Service/Maintenance Required
· Always perform your job in accordance with NFPA10, 17, 17A; local, state and federal AHJ’s
o Call the office/shop if you are in the field and feel a customer is asking you to do something that violates any known fire codes in which you are tested on
o Arrive to shop by 7:00 am daily to review route plan for the day and load necessary supplies/inventory (mostly, schedule can vary based on specific customer need)
o Maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in your service vehicle by offloading trash, unnecessary equipment and materials daily
o Always present yourself in a professional manner and understand the importance and value in building relationships with customers since this is a residual business
§ Maintain accurate and complete inspection reports, lists, customer information and invoices on a Daily Basis
Pay-Commision (Depends on Experience, 18-23% on NET sales, double commission on new sales!)
o Commission employees may keep up to 2 weeks Pay Per Year in the receivable account to utilize for personal and vacation days
§ Pay kept in receivable account based on average weekly commission from the last 6 months
§ Suncoast Industries LLC will not at any time keep more than 2.5 weeks of commissions in receivable account based on your rolling 6 month weekly average
o Require 2 week notice of vacation, more if possible
o Emergency situations will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis
