An global luxury fashion and beauty business are recruiting an FP&A Manager. The business is well established and industry-leading. This is a very high-profile role where you will report to the Global Head of Commercial Finance, and you will deliver advanced insight and value-added analysis. You will drive profitability through financial modelling and will build strong relationships with the senior stakeholders, executives and non-finance.

Specifically, you will deliver analysis and reporting that drives business decisions. This will include leadership of annual budget and quarterly forecast processes for the division; ownership and evolution of Excel based budget/forecast models; work with operators to review trends and agree assumptions; prepare and deliver key presentations to senior stake holder, take ownership of overall deck; presentation of budget/forecast; and ongoing KPI reporting to group. Naturally, in this kind of role you will be responsible for the ongoing improvements in modelling, forecasting and analytical techniques to improve quality and efficiency of reporting.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong consumer experience. You will have advanced knowledge of excel and other analytical techniques. They are based in Central London and hybrid working is fully operational.
