Job DescriptionJob Description

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking FP&A Manager to own and lead our client's annual budgeting process and 36-month rolling forecasts. This is a highly interactive role that partners directly with every member of the C-suite, requiring strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

This is not a process management role—we’re seeking a people-focused leader who can teach, mentor, and grow into future leadership positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting process across all departments
• Develop and maintain 36-month rolling forecasts
• Partner with C-suite executives to provide financial insights and strategic support
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and scenario planning
• Foster a culture of financial literacy and accountability across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
• • MBA
• Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in grey areas with sound judgment
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to have courageous conversations
• A natural teacher and mentor, committed to developing others
• Comfortable receiving constructive criticism and using it to grow
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools
