Job Summary:

Performs basic technical services at a customer site or in the field.

Job Duties:

• Installs, adjusts, maintains, and repairs company products
• Maintains a parts inventory and uses a variety of small tools and follows guidelines or instructions established by the organization
• Refers more complex services to Field Service Representatives or Field Service Engineers
• Maintains service or maintenance records

• Performs work under minimal supervision.
• Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
• May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
• Typically reports to a department head or manager
