£40,000 + bonus (OTE £47,000)

This company has been at the forefront of their industry supplying to automotive and aerospace industries across the world. The company is going through major growth and has tripled its turn over in the last 3 years.

Job Role:

This Service Engineer position is to cover mainly UK but may be necessary to visit other countries doing service, installation and repairs. The role comes with a competitive package, company vehicle and full tools. Full training is provided on this niche role

Typical Duties will involve:

• Provide service, maintenance and calibration of corrosion test equipment
• Provide technical support to customers
• Training of agent and distributor engineers
• Installation and service of customer chambers
• Soft selling and upselling
• Processing of all documentation – service sheets, order for parts, feedback forms
• Building up excellent customer service

Desirable experience

• Have to have a relevant electrical skill and qualifications
• Be able to demonstrate ability to work with electrical equipment including single and 3 phase.
• Electronic controls (PLC)
• Pneumatic systems .
• Be able to work with IT systems
• Full UK driving licence – essential
