About the Role

As a Field Service Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical repair, predictive and preventive maintenance, and field service support. Based in Toledo, OH, you will also travel nationwide as needed (10-15%) to assist customers on-site. This role involves troubleshooting machines, ordering spare parts, and supporting machine installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machines on-site and remotely
• Perform machine set-ups for customer demonstrations
• Assist with internal facility operations, including spare parts ordering and shipments
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues
• Travel up to 15 percent for hands-on technical support

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to replace machine parts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to customer needs
• Willingness to travel and learn in a fast-paced environment

$60k - $65k annually

To comply with some state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided. The range given is broad and should be considered as a guideline only. Our client will consider a candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, the salaries of current employees in similar roles, and other factors when extending an offer.
