Job Description

Service Engineer – Water Pump Systems Location: Covering London Southeast (Commutable to Bedford) Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime (x2) + Bonus + Paid Door-to-Door + Training Support About the Role A leading specialist in pump systems is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. This field-based role will primarily cover London and the South East, with occasional travel to other regions. You’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of water pumping equipment across commercial and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities Service, fault-find, and repair water pumps, booster sets, and pressurisation units Carry out routine maintenance and emergency call-outs Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions Complete service reports and liaise with clients professionally Ensure compliance with health safety standards on-site Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (with generous overtime rates) What You’ll Need Proven experience working with pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel across the region and be commutable to Bedford What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £45,000 Overtime paid at double time (x2) Company bonus scheme Paid door-to-door travel Company-funded qualifications and training Tools, uniform, and fully equipped company vehicle provided Supportive team culture with long-term career development
