MS626 - Field Based Commercial Boiler Engineer\n\nLocation: Manchester / Covering Yorkshire, Lancashire, Manchester, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire\n\nSalary: £45,000 per annum + overtime + on call allowance \n\nOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Based Commercial Boiler Engineer on behalf of one of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, repairing and maintenance of boilers, plate packs, and pumps.\n\nOur client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities: \n\nMaintain and service boilers and associated ancillaries.\nCarry out routine service on equipment in accordance with planned maintenance timelines.\nDiagnose faults and repair of boilers, and related equipment and ancillaries.\nEnsure all servicing and inspections are completed in line with company software.\nObtain details and order parts for repair as required.\nEnsuring equipment is clean and in good condition for hire.\nMaintain the H&S register.\nCarry out internal training when required on hire assets.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\nQualification in Installation & Servicing of commercial systems.\nOFTEC.\n3 years’ experience in similar employment.\nFull UK Driving License.\nGas safe domestic / commercial.\nGood time keeping / Work ethic.\nElectrical Qualifications / experience (desirable).\nForklift License (desirable).\nPrevious experience of boiler hire industry (desirable)
