Position Summary: 

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to assist with janitorial, maintenance, and general support duties at our pharmacy. This position helps maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for our staff and customers. Flexibility is a plus, as daily responsibilities may vary. A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet physical demands are required. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Janitorial Duties: 

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. 

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and customer areas. 

• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly. 

• Clean windows, surfaces, and high-touch areas. 

• Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable at all times. 

Maintenance Duties: 

• Perform light to moderate repairs (e.g., replace light bulbs, unclog sinks, minor patchwork). 

• Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. 

• Assist with basic exterior upkeep (e.g., shoveling snow, salting walkways, light landscaping). 

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely. 

General Support Tasks: 

• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing back stock or storage areas. 

• Run errands or pick up supplies when requested. 

• Support pharmacy staff with other non-clinical, task-related needs. 

Qualifications: 

• Valid driver’s license required. 

• Ability to lift objects and perform physically demanding tasks (e.g., standing, climbing ladders). 

• Comfortable using hand tools and basic repair equipment. 

• Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or similar roles is a plus. 

• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively. 

• Dependable, respectful, and able to work professionally in a healthcare setting.
