Maintenance Technician
Oceanside, NY | Full-Time | Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Rotating Weekends)

We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is hands-on and involves a variety of building and grounds repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, irrigation, and general upkeep.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks

• Maintain building systems, roofing, siding, and irrigation

• Replace filters, bulbs, and ballasts

• Assist with projects, snow removal, and janitorial needs

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience with general maintenance and repair work

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

• Basic computer skills

• Willingness to work outdoors and occasional overtime

• Safety-conscious and reliable
