Facilities Engineer / Supervisor – Relocation to White Salmon, WA

White Salmon, WA | Full-Time | Mon-Thu | Overtime as Needed

We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer/Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep our facility and equipment running smoothly. This role combines supervision with technical work in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and custom fabrication systems.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and perform facility and equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, pumps, compressors, ovens, etc.)
• Manage contractors as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Fabricate and assemble custom equipment (welding, machining, hydraulic/pneumatic work)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years maintenance or manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Welding and machining experience
• PLC knowledge a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work occasional overtime
