A leading main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Facade Project Manager to oversee several recladding projects in London across residential high rise apartment developments. \n\nYou will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage façade/recladding works on residential schemes\nEnsure compliance with fire safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards\nManage contractors, subcontractors, and specialist façade consultants\nMonitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring delivery targets are met\nConduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments\nAct as the main point of contact for stakeholders including clients, , and regulatory bodies\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reportingAbout You\n\nProven experience managing façade or external envelope packages\nStrong understanding of recladding, remediation, and post-Grenfell fire safety requirements\nExcellent project management and organisational skills\nExperience of managing several projects simultaneously\nStrong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
