Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop tooling systems for polymer granulate extrusion processes.
• Maintain and update crosshead and end-tooling designs, both in-house and via external suppliers.
• Design and optimize extruder screws and barrels.
• Create detailed technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with global colleagues and suppliers to implement design improvements.
• Monitor tool wear and coordinate replacements.
• Support two production sites (Denmark & Brazil); travel expected 1–2 times/year.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 3–5 years of experience in tooling design or manufacturing engineering
• Proficiency in Creo and SolidWorks
• Strong documentation, design, and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication in English

• Proficiency in Danish and/or Portuguese
• Experience with supplier collaboration and process optimization
