Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop tooling systems for polymer granulate extrusion processes.
- Maintain and update crosshead and end-tooling designs, both in-house and via external suppliers.
- Design and optimize extruder screws and barrels.
- Create detailed technical drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with global colleagues and suppliers to implement design improvements.
- Monitor tool wear and coordinate replacements.
- Support two production sites (Denmark & Brazil); travel expected 1–2 times/year.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 3–5 years of experience in tooling design or manufacturing engineering
- Proficiency in Creo and SolidWorks
- Strong documentation, design, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication in English

- Proficiency in Danish and/or Portuguese
- Experience with supplier collaboration and process optimization
