Job Description

What we're looking for?

We need a 3rd-5th year associate with strong complex litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and stellar academic credentials from a top law school. You should be comfortable with a high-stakes, in-office team environment and have a track record of handling sophisticated legal matters.


Bonus points if you have prior federal judicial clerkship experience or a proven interest in environmental law.


What you'll do:

  • Handle sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation to complex regulatory matters and enforcement defense.
  • Take ownership of legal research, writing, and preparation for court appearances and trials.
  • Develop and apply litigation skills, including motion practice and court appearances, through hands-on experience with the team.
  • Contribute to cross-office and cross-departmental work, gaining exposure to various clients and matters.


What you need to have:

  • Complex litigation experience at a top 50 Am Law firm.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a litigation associate
  • Experience with environmental litigation.
  • JD from a top 30 law school (top grade at mid-tier school is okay if paired with great experience).
  • Willingness to work 3-5 days/week in the SF office.
  • Judicial clerkship experience.
