Job Description

Freelance HSE Manager – Construction Project 12+ Months (Near Hamburg, Germany)

Must hold a EU Passport / Permanent card

(Other candidates will not be considered)

Location: Near Hamburg, Germany

Contract Type: Freelance / Freiberuflich

Rate: Up to €800 per day

️ Start Date: November 2025

We’re supporting a leading client on a major construction and data center project near Hamburg and are looking for an experienced Freelance HSE Manager to join the team.

Ideal Background:

• Strong experience in construction site HSE management
• Certified SiFa and/or SiGeKo qualification
• Excellent knowledge of German HSE regulations and standards
• Fluent in German (English an advantage)
• Able to work on-site near Hamburg

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HSE compliance and promote a strong safety culture on-site
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients
