Entry-Level Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineer (Overhead Transmission Lines)

POWER Engineers is currently seeking an entry-level Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineer to work in the Power Delivery Overhead Transmission Line Department in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the transmission line design for new lines, relocations, upgrades, and fiber optic additions.

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.

The candidate must have a strong command of the English with good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnel.

Experience using the Microsoft Office software suite.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without the need for work sponsorship

Desired Education/Experience:

Minimum of a 2.75 GPA.

Ideal coursework includes structural analysis, concrete design, steel design, soil mechanics, foundation design, and surveying.

Previous engineering design or drafting work experience, especially if related to civil and/or structural engineering, is desirable.

Engineer in Training (EIT) registration is desired.
