Job Description

In this role, you will assume responsibility for supporting implementation and support projects in the UK. Your primary focus will be assisting our customers in effectively utilizing SAAS/Cloud/On-Prem Accounting/ERP Software within their operations. Your expertise in accounting and manufacturing processes will be instrumental in this capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of customer requirements by meticulously analyzing their business processes, either in person or remotely.
  • Provide innovative solutions to address our customers' challenges.
  • Implement software solutions based on the gathered requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to gain a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Analyze customers' needs and business processes, ensuring accurate mapping within the software solutions we offer.
  • Support customers throughout the entire delivery cycle, from software configuration to the go-live stage.
  • Coach customers on the efficient use of our software through remote or in-person individual sessions.
  • Develop and deliver functional training sessions, including the preparation of training materials.
  • Oversee and verify the development work carried out by our developers before delivering solutions to clients.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Prior ERP implementation experience
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • ERP exp (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, Epicor, IFS, Infor, Unit4, MS Dynamics, Odoo or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Chartered Accountancy
  • Proficient problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Accounting and/or Manufacturing process management
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Project management experience
