  • Conduct a comprehensive capability assessment of Holley’s current IT landscape—including people, process, technology, and data.
  • Map business capabilities to current systems, tools, and pain points, identifying maturity gaps and duplication.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define future-state capability needs aligned with Holley’s strategic objectives.

Capability Roadmap Development

  • Translate findings into a clear, actionable capability roadmap, prioritized by business value, risk, and readiness.
  • Align technology initiatives with enterprise goals, ensuring a phased, pragmatic approach to modernization.
  • Build executive-friendly visuals and frameworks that make complex concepts clear and compelling.

Enterprise Architecture & Governance

  • Define and evolve architecture standards, reference models, and guiding principles for enterprise technology decisions.
  • Establish guardrails for system selection, integration patterns, and data flow across the organization.
  • Collaborate with domain architects, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and integrity.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders—connecting strategic intent to technical design.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions that cut across silos and focus on capability outcomes, not just tools.
  • Influence investment decisions, tech stack choices, and sequencing based on enterprise-wide priorities.

Execution & Enablement

  • Support project teams in aligning delivery with the broader architecture vision.
  • Translate architecture into actionable workstreams, with clear definitions of success and value delivery.
  • Ensure the capability roadmap is a living, breathing plan that evolves as the business grows.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting capability modeling, maturity assessments, and roadmap development.
  • Strong grasp of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) and modeling techniques.
  • Experience aligning IT strategy with business outcomes—especially during periods of transformation or growth.
  • Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • High EQ, low ego, and strong facilitation skills—you bring people together to solve big problems.
  • Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, integration patterns, data architecture, and digital platforms.

Extras

  • Experience leading EA efforts in a manufacturing, consumer goods, or distribution environment.
  • Background in change management or organizational design around digital capabilities.
  • Exposure to product-centric or agile operating models.
