Produces high-quality, coordinated MEP Revit models with minimal oversight, proactively resolving conflicts and maintaining model health.

Sets up documentation frameworks—views, sheets, standards—aligned with company Revit requirements and project LOD expectations.

Contributes to Revit standards development, including families, templates, naming, annotation, and QA/QC workflows.

Identifies workflow gaps and helps build standardized details, notes, and documentation processes to improve team efficiency.

Works closely with in-house engineers to translate design intent into precise drawings, asking questions early to avoid rework.

Tracks architectural changes, coordinates across disciplines, and self-initiates adjustments without waiting for direction.

Independently plans tasks, manages deadlines, anticipates workload needs, and communicates risks or missing info early.

Performs QA/QC checks, ensures drawing consistency, manages file structures, and helps assemble coordinated deliverable sets.

Supports engineering design with basic calculations, schedules, code research, diagrams, and shop drawing reviews.

Demonstrates strong Revit mastery, proactive problem-solving, organization, communication, and ownership—contributing to standards, workflows, and team improvement.
