As an Engineering Manager, you will take complete responsibility for your team and take the necessary initiatives to best support your team in all their tasks and growth opportunities. We are looking forward to your application and will love to welcome you to our international team.Your roleGrow and manage a team of 4-8 engineers, fostering career development and promoting self-organizationWork closely with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Head of Engineering to implement technical visionBe a key player in engineering leadership, ensuring smooth integration between teams and departmentsCreate an agile, autonomous team contributing to a seamless shopping experienceLiaise with the product owner, defining the team's strategic direction aligning with business needsDemonstrate software architecture knowledge, delivering innovative solutions for customer-centric shoppingYour Profile5+ years hands-on experience crafting scalable software using NodeJS, Python, React, and TypeScriptExcellent knowledge of frontend and/or backend development patterns and methodologiesSeasoned leader with over two years of agile technical leadership, steering teams towards triumph in complex projectsProven track record of leveraging AWS technologies for over two years, ensuring the creation of robust and scalable solutionsDedicated mentorship approach that ignites team potential, fostering growth and innovationProficient in harmonizing business objectives with technical requirements, facilitating cross-departmental consensus and alignmentExcellent communication skills, fluency in English is a mustWhat we offer youFull transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 93,000€ and 115,000€ gross per year.
