What We Need:
We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join McCLARIN Composites. This role is responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, measuring and continuously improving the engineering processes.

A Day in the Life of:
- Develop, teach and champion design engineering procedures, tools and techniques
- Participate in design engineering reviews of project tasks
- Remain up-to-date on best practices and recommend new approaches/tools
- Take ownership of product development from conception through production to ensure we meet or exceed operational standards as quoted (ex. labor and materials efficiencies)
- Actively seek update knowledge of the engineering profession, the industry, and application of new technologies
Requirements:
What Makes You Qualified:
- Bachelors degree from an ABET accredited engineering program or a minimum of 10 years of product engineering experience
- 5 years of engineering management responsibility in a concurrent engineering environment
- Experienced in AutoCAD. SolidWorks and application of ANSI drawing
Must Haves:
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable
- Accuracy
- Maximum lifting of 50lbs. (All lifting over 50lbs. requires a team lift)
- Adherence to McClarin PPE requirements
