Position: Maintenance / Engineering Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance / Engineering Technician to support the operational excellence of our facilities. This position requires a professional with proven expertise in appliance repair and general maintenance services. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and overall quality standards of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on appliances and related equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Collaborate with management to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, etc.).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written communication).

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance practices .

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality service.
