A new role has come in for one of Oliver Bernard's top clients working on a high-profile project.
The company is a retail neo bank that was founded 10 years ago serving over 250,000 customers. They offer a range of finance solutions working with both individuals and small businesses.
The position is an Engineering Lead role that sits within their Architecture team reporting into the Group Head of Architecture.
You'll set tech strategy and help to define the architectural roadmap for the business. Another key part of the role will be to provide technical leadership through mentoring & coaching.
The role won't involve any direct line management responsibilities however you'll be working closely with architects, business analysts and the Head of Engineering.
They would like someone with prior experience leading an Agile software engineering teams.
Looking for someone with experience with core banking platforms such as Mambu, Finastra and Temenos.
