Job Description
Are you an experienced Engineering Buyer looking to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-profile projects? Adecco is proud to partner with a leading organisation in Liverpool seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support procurement and project administration.\n\nLocation: Liverpool\n\nSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain trackers and logs for accurate project reporting.\nCoordinate workflows, approvals, and communication across departments.\nOrganise and manage project documentation to meet compliance standards.\nTrack procurement activities, monitor orders, and liaise with suppliers.\nExpedite urgent orders and resolve discrepancies with teams.\nMaintain structured document control for all project files.\nVerify delivery notes and certificates for audit compliance.\nAssist with monthly project reports and procurement status updates.\nDistribute updated documentation to stakeholders promptly.\nCoordinate site access, deliveries, and meetings for teams.\nLiaise with warehouse teams to confirm goods receipt and update SAP.\nAct as main contact for suppliers and internal teams on queries.\nFollow up on outstanding actions and deliveries. \n\nSkills & Experience\n\nExperience in project administration or procurement coordination.\nProficient in SAP (PRs/POs, GR, order tracking).\nStrong knowledge of RFQs and purchase processes.\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\nSkilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
