Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler\nLocation: Luton\nDuration: 4 months\nStart Date: ASAP\nPay Rate: £14.15 per hour (PAYE) or £19.00 per hour (Ltd)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a busy team on a 4 month contract. This role will involve working to precise specifications, assembling high quality components and sub-assemblies within a production environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInterpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics\nAssemble components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications\nCarry out wiring and cable work to a high standard\nUse hand tools and soldering equipment to complete assembly tasks\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nProven experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment\nStrong soldering skills\nExperience with wiring and cable assemblies\nFamiliarity with IPC standards or prior IPC training is highly advantageous\nCompetence with hand tools, soldering equipment, and general production tooling\nAbility to confidently read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
