This position requires a high level of initiative and some technical problem-solving skills. Someone who can work independently and, in a team-environment is required.
Responsibilities
• Assemble, test and perform visual inspections of vibratory motors.
• Bolt, screw and fasten various parts together.
• Utilize shop hand tools to complete precision assemblies.
• Follow the manufacturing process.
• Document completion of production processes and tasks.
• Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment. Must be able to work standing for over 90% of the workday.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 1 year of related experience but we do provide full training.
• Must work safely, always exhibiting safe work practices.
• Must be able to read a Bill of Material (BOM) correctly and follow required practices.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Must provide verifiable proof of either.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written. Bilingual spanish speakers also most welcome.
• A high degree of energy, motivation and professionalism is required, along with dedication to quality and excellence in performance.
• Must be flexible in performing the tasks assigned. Example: You may be assigned a task but changes in priorities may necessitate your being assigned a new task hours later.
Schedule is Monday thru Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 2:00pm
