Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client is seeking a licensed Electrician to join their Special Services Team supporting apartment communities across Northeast Ohio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with , and maintaining older electrical systems with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

• Work with security and fire safety systems when needed.
• Perform installations, troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance especially on older systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to guide repairs and upgrades.
• Deliver timely, dependable service across multiple apartment communities (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided)
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in apartment units and common areas.

Qualifications:

• Owning hand/power tools is .
• Active OCILB State of Ohio Electrical License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Ohio electrical codes.
• Experience with security and fire safety systems is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Northeast Ohio
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on residential electrical service experience.
• Skilled in using hand/power tools and working with conduit, fittings, relays, breakers, and wiring systems.
