Job Title: Industrial Electrician (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: East Dallas, TX
Rate: $35–$40/hr
Duration: 6-9month contract with potential for direct hire

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to assist with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems in data center facilities. This role is contract-to-hire, offering full benefits, PTO, and holidays once converted. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical system installations and upgrades, including high-voltage panels, power distribution, and commercial wiring.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to accurately implement electrical layouts.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily Job Site Assessments (JSA) and participate in toolbox meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of relevant electrical experience.
- Journeyman experience or completion of an apprenticeship program .
- Proficiency with PDUs, switchgears, and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
- Knowledge of , state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
