Job Title: Electrician – Industrial / Marine (SC Clearance )

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Employment Type: Contract / Ongoing Project Work

Start Date: Immediate

Rates: Competitive (PAYE or CIS, depending on experience and clearance status)



About the Role



We are looking for skilled Electricians to support long-term industrial and marine projects in Barrow-in-Furness. This work involves installation, maintenance, and testing within secure environments, contributing to major defence and infrastructure programmes.



Candidates with existing SC Clearance are highly desirable, however we can support the clearance process for electricians with the right background and experience.



Key Responsibilities

Electrical installation, containment, cable pulling and termination



*



Maintenance and testing of electrical systems



*



Working safely within controlled or secure environments



*



Delivering work to industry standards, drawings and specifications



*



Liaising with supervisors and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery



Requirements



*



Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, JIB/ECS Gold Card, or equivalent)



*



Industrial, marine, shipyard or defence-sector experience ()



*



SC Clearance , but we can support clearance applications



*



Ability to work safely, follow site procedures and meet quality standards



*



Must be able to provide references and proof of qualifications
